FAQ’s

We have tried to highlight below the main questions we get asked, if the answer you want is not seen below then please do get in touch.

What material are these flags made of?

Our flags are made from a double weave polyester, which is a highly durable indoor/outdoor material and the best available substrate on which to print onto using the latest dye sublimation techniques.

Which shape is best for me?

This is really down to your preference. The sizes are similar for all product styles and all work equally well whether indoor or outdoor.

Single or Double sided

Again this is down to choice. The single sided is around 95% see through which works really well with images etc. If the flag is double sided with no transparency then this can sometimes suit “text heavy” banner flags meaning the message can be read the “right way” whichever way you view the banner flag.

Can I clean my flag.

You sure can, either just wipe the material down with a soapy sponge. Alternatively just pop the flag (minus the poles of course!!) into the washing machine on a 40°c cycle.

If I order more than one flag is it an extra delivery cost per flag.

No, the delivery charge is a one off fee (£9.99) no matter how many you order.

Do you provide a guarantee?

All our flags and components are guaranteed against any manufacturing faults for a period of 12 months. In the unlikely event that you should in anyway be unhappy with the flag or any of the components just let us know and we will of course replace them for you.

Please note that our outdoor product range by definition is classed as temporary. They are not designed to be out in all weathers and can easily get damaged. With regard to the bases for the banner range these must be filled only with either water or sand ( where appropriate) and must never be “dragged” across a floor as this could damage the bases and cause them to crack and leak. The base should not be moved once full but should be emptied in situ or carried above the surface of the ground.

Some of the parts are made of metal and as such if left out in wet conditions can show signs of rust and this should be considered fair wear and tear and not claimable and cannot be treated as a manufacturing fault.

In high winds (above 18mph)the pole sets, bases and flags can get damaged and this cannot be treated as a manufacturing fault or any claim against “not fit for purpose” Flag systems must be dismantled in high winds to avoid any damage.

Which base do you recommend?

This depends where your flag is going to be situated. For the larger flags we would suggest using a metal ground spike, which goes deeper into the ground. For tarmac or indoor use we have various bases available to purchase.

Can you help me with my artwork?.

Yes no problem, whilst we have templates for all our sizes if you prefer we can design your artwork for you, with typical prices ranging from £10-30 (brief and requirement dependant).

My flag has rippling effect, is this normal?

Yes, this is perfectly normal and unavoidable. It is caused by the tension of the flag over the pole and would normally only be present in zero wind conditions. Your Banner Flags are made using the highest quality fabrics, the latest print & production methods and finished to the highest possible standard.

More questions?

No problem – one of our team would be more than happy to help.
